The rails finally exist.
In July 2025 the GENIUS Act — Guiding and Establishing National Innovation for U.S. Stablecoins — created the first federal framework for dollar-denominated digital currency: 100% reserve backing, monthly public disclosure, and a real charter path. The infrastructure for a credible, rule-bound currency is no longer theoretical.
The crypto incumbents used it to mint dollars faster. metafork uses it to ask a different question — not how do we issue more, but which value deserves to be money at all.
